Sol Spa is the home to expert bodyworkers with backgrounds in massage therapy, shiatsu, physical therapy, nursing, chiropractic assistance, acupressure, personal training, yoga therapy, and muscular rehabilitation, as well as other adjunct therapies. We work closely with area physicians and holistic practitioners in maintaining our clients' health and well being via their physical structures. Our goal is to assist the body in maintaining proper function of the musculoskeletal system. Our backgrounds in biomechanics and energy medicines complement to create a true whole health spa experience.

From the moment you walk in the door, our focus is on your complete relaxation. Not only do we focus on your physical body, but we are here to help with your mental and spiritual wellness too. Our spa treatments designed for the health of your skin are great services to include with your structural alignment goals. From salt scrubs to seaweed wraps, our services are a great way to take a step back from the bustle of everyday life. Come take a break with us.
ORGANIC AND NATURAL PRODUCTS
Your skin is your largest organ. We are committed to treating it with respect. We use only all-natural products that support a healthy whole being. Many of the products we use are made by spa owner Jannell and/or other local botanical artisans, utilizing locally sourced botanicals and seaweeds. Most are available for purchase.
Jannell's philosophy has always been "If you wouldn't put it in your mouth, you shouldn't put it on your skin!"
